THE PUDA PEDIGREE

The PUDA Pedigree shall be issued to dogs or bitches that have met the following requirements:

Dogs and bitches that have passed and are titled in PUDA Sport or PUDA Reality Trial; and

Offsprings of dogs or bitches that are titled in PUDA Sport or PUDA Reality Trial.

COLOR CODES OF THE PUDA PEDIGREE

WHITE Pedigree. To be issued to dogs that passed and is titled in the PUDA Sport Dog Trial Level 2, or is titled in the PUDA Reality Trial.

YELLOW Pedigree. To be issued to dogs that passed and is titled in the PUDA Sport Dog Trial Level 1.

BLUE Pedigree. To be issued to puppies whose one or both parents are White or Yellow pedigree-holder.

GREEN Pedigree. To be issued to puppies borne out of parents with Blue or Green pedigree.

("NR" means dogs that are Not Registered to PUDA)

HOW TO APPLY FOR A PUDA PEDIGREE

Once a dog is titled in the PUDA Sport Level 1, and/or Level 2, or the PUDA Reality Trial, the owner shall fill up and submit the form "APPLICATION FOR WHITE OR YELLOW PEDIGREE" to the PUDA Office. The application form shall indicate the following: Dog's name, breed, date of birth, name and address of the owner and the breeder, scorebook number, and a copy of the dog's predigree (if applicable) issued by other organization.

PUPPY PEDIGREE

To register a puppy, the owner must fill up and submit the form "APPLICATION FOR BLUE OR GREEN PEDIGREE" to the PUDA Office. The application form shall indicate the name of the puppy, breed, date of birth, name and address of the breeder and/or owner, and a photocopy of the parent/s pedigree issued by the PUDA.
